Where do the leads come from?

Public records: state business filings, licences and permits, property records and business listings, cleaned into one record per business and checked before anyone is contacted.

Is cold email legal?

Business email outreach is allowed under the US CAN-SPAM Act when it is honest, marked as an offer, carries a postal address and honors opt-outs. Every email we send does all four.

Why no cold WhatsApp or text messages?

WhatsApp only allows business messages to people who opted in, so we use it once a business replies. Cold texts to mobile numbers carry legal risk we won't put on your name.

Whose domain do the emails come from?

Yours. We set up and warm up sending mailboxes on your domain (or a sister domain), with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, and keep daily volumes safe.

Do I own the leads?

Yes. Your leads are yours alone in your area, and you can export them at any time.

What do I have to do?
